Spearhead and Vanguard boxes

Spearhead and Vanguard boxes are a great way to get started in Age of Sigmar. They can often - but not always - be a great way to get started in Warcry too! Unlike bespoke warbands, these models are part of their standard faction, so a little list building is required. Below is a list of boxes, their contents and if they are viable for Warcry.

Special thanks to the Warcry discord for the assistance in putting together this list!

These boxes have been rated using the system below. 'Stong', 'good' and 'fun' is relative to the posibilities within that faction (for example, if a faction can't create very competitive lists, but you can make some of the best lists for that faction from their box, it will be rated 'Great').

RatingDefinition
IncompleteNot enough units to create a warband
CompatibleEnough units to create at least one list, but it may not be fun or very good
DecentYou can create a couple of different lists, or at least one list that plays well
GreatLots of list building potential for strong and fun warbands
