In the minds of the ghouls, the hunts of their gibbering courts possess a great deal of pageantry. The Royal Beastflayers take this fantasy further still, believing themselves to be bands of debonair heroes embarked upon the noblest of quests.
Only the most audacious of an Abhorrant's courtiers are compelled to join the expeditions of the Beastflayers. The titles these ghouls lavish upon themselves speak to their supposed valour, snatched from chivalric legends and filtered through a haze of madness. In reality, however, they are just as monstrous as those they hunt, and their enemies know them only as frenzied beasts.
